Warranty & Service Commitment
Fabrics – 3 Years
We will replace any curtain or upholstery fabric that proves to have a manufacturing fault within 3 years, provided it has been:
- Professionally cared for and cleaned if required
- Installed and used under normal residential or light commercial conditions
- Protected from excessive sunlight damage
- Not altered with third-party after-treatments
Blinds & Shutters – 3 Years
Any blind or shutter found to have a defect will be repaired or replaced within 3 years of purchase.
Workmanship – 2 Years
We stand by the quality of our installation. Any faulty workmanship identified within 2 years will be repaired at no cost.
Curtain Tracks – 2 Years
Both motorised and manual tracks (residential and commercial) are covered for 2 years.
Residential vs Commercial Use
Warranty terms may vary for commercial applications due to higher use and wear. Please confirm at the time of purchase if your order is for a commercial setting.
Making a Claim
If you need to make a claim:
- Contact our team by phone or email
- Provide proof of purchase (invoice/receipt)
- Send photos or details of the issue
- We’ll respond within 5 working days to confirm next steps
Care Tips
To keep your window furnishings performing at their best:
- Follow manufacturer cleaning instructions
- Use professional cleaning when needed
- Avoid harsh chemicals
- Check cords, tracks and motors regularly
What’s Not Covered
Warranties don’t apply where issues are caused by:
- Excessive sunlight or fading (assessed case-by-case within 12 months)
- Water damage or mildew
- Soiling or stains from use
- Misuse or use outside the product’s intended purpose
- Fabric movement due to natural fibres and home conditions
